Network Message Center

Network owners/admins can communicate directly with member/site owners using the Network Message Center.  Every time a site owner logs in to his/her site, the message center is displayed in the toolbox.  This is a great way to distribute information, notify site owners of changes or events, or provide hints and help.   And its secure, as only site owners/admins have access to the toolbox.
